Shipping policy

Toro Toys ships domestic out of our warehouse in Maryland, via USPS for customers. We usually ship next business day if you place your order before 12pm EST of that previous day. Shipments within the U.S. should arrive within 2-15 business days after your order has shipped based on your shipping speed selected and location. Please note that we provided that 2-15 day window because Covid restrictions have drastically impacted the speed of our deliveries. All domestic shipments include online tracking, please wait up to 24 hours for the tracking number to update on the courier's website. If you do not receive an email with a shipping notice and tracking number, please check your spam folder or do an email search of "Toro Toys and Collectibles".
